the deliveries went wellthe only thing I didn't appreciate was the invoicing for 3 shipments and I don't know what charges? even though I sent an e-mail telling you to group the 3 orders together precisely to avoid these shipments which, in my opinion, are excessive for shipping 80 kms from parisI apologize for being a little direct but you're asking for the truth to be told. best regards herve chauvet

My item was shipped 8 days ago and I have not received it yet. All I can find out is that it was shipped on the 13th. Now the 21st. I see no way to contact 1001 to ask for help and no way to further track my package . I�m just out $ for the second time on the same item. Different sellers though. Just my luck. All I want are my diff gears.

they said they had my item in stock i paid them nearly �100.00 when it did`nt arrive i checked tracking only to see ""not available"" i e mailed them and they replied that i could have a cover note to get other item of same value. as there`s nothing else i want i said i wanted my money back . they have not answered me . i have tried time and time again to contact them but no reply. dont make the same mistake as me-dont trust them to refund .

To be fair to them they were quick with refund when I complained (hence the three stars). I marked them down a couple of stars as it's still a bit misleading on their website as to where the company is based.
