Nothing to say, it's fast, but the site is a bit confusing, which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars.

This was my first purchases with 1001and completely on line because of COVID-19. I usually like to discuss any questions I may have about the items I wish to purchase with a member of staff but glad to say that everything turned out ok. The range of items was a delight to see from just one supplier. I am now considering my next buying spree with 1001. Thanking all the team for a great effort in delivering my order within one week. Take care in these difficult times.

Slow delivery

Excellent communication and easy to order/ship overseas. Very pleased even during this pandemic w/all the restrictions in place my item arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition! Thank you Definitely recommend!

Good follow-up

I am very disappointed. I called several times and sent an email with no response. I wanted to contact them for my parcel which was sent back to the store to ask them for an additional address but it was impossible to get them on the phone.

Model as presented, delivered on time in good condition packaging. The price was a little high (I preferred to pay for peace of mind rather than look for it in the shops).

In these troubled times, despite a few minor inconveniences, the service was assured and the parcel arrived on time.

Sending the M706 commando model in a simple bubble envelope meant that the box was crushed and therefore damaged. Fortunately, the model was not damaged.

My son had a lot of fun. Suitable for a 10 year old, but the paint pots were missing.

This site makes no indication it is not based in the UK unless you come off their website to see it is actually French. I placed an order on the second of the month and have still not recieved it. I only purchased from this site as they had everything in stock at the time. Although it would have been easier to wait for the items on eModels to come back into stock as it would have arrived sooner anyway and most likely cheaper. Looks as though my review is not a one off a lot of people are having the same issue. I hope these reviews make them decide to change their site information to let us know they are not actually shipping from the UK when you place an order. I have now sent an email to see what can be done regarding the order and have asked for it to be cancelled if they cannot help. I get these are tough times however every other order I have placed has arrived within half the time. As far as im concerned this will be my last order from this site.

I am going to give 3 stars for the following reasons: - In mid-April I placed an order on the website they have a great catalog of many models at affordable prices. - All good in regards to payment report invoice etc. Knowing the situation that the world is going through in general for the CoVid19 I was patient and knew that the shipment would take a little longer to arrive and more having selected the Eco option (although they charge you 10€ shipping but good). -Now comes the problem when I asked for shipping information they replied that the item was not in stock with what I was very surprised because it had been 2 weeks and they told me that now it was not in stock (which would violate their own terms of sale where it specifies that if there is no stock of a product they must notify you within 48 hours). -Well, seeing this setback I asked for a refund because if there is no stock the logical thing to do is to cancel the order. I did not receive a reply. - But to my surprise today I receive the shipment (in perfect condition) later than ever. As a conclusion I understand that we are going through a difficult situation for companies and transports but as a customer opinion I think that the communication between buyer and seller should be improved and above all improve the logistics, why do they tell me that it is not in stock and 5 days later I suddenly receive my order? They could have warned me about it and saved me the worry of not knowing if I would receive my product or the money in case of refund. PS: The 1350 scale model ship is very successful and I will be able to enjoy it.

Totally disapointed. 24 .o4 order for some decals. Delivery expected 05.05. After me sending a polite message on May the 5th asking about my delivery time update the answer was quite rude saying I will have a refund. No atempts to solve my order. No excuses. I can see the product on the web page still aviable and aparentlly I can do another order. Never again! I hope they will refund. Dont use this company! The public relation stinks.

Shipment tracking is very poor

My order was placed on March 25 and arrived today, May 4. Among other things, I had ordered an avro lancaster model and the pack with the 8 paints. None of the paints match the model. I'm still giving it three stars, as the site is generally very well rated and I'm aware of the difficulties associated with containment, but from a personal point of view I'm very disappointed.

I have not received it yet. It was scheduled for delivery on April 27-28. I understand that given the circumstances the delivery is delayed but I have sent an email asking about the status of the order and I have not received any response with any information.

Few days later another mail telling me package is being handled should be on it's way soon. Since then not a single word of communication no updates nothing. Already two weeks late all I got was a mail giving me a �5- discount on the next order. How about finishing my current order first? Then we'll see if your ""services"" are required again.

O_An inconvenience for the customer is the change ..O_and by the way: my delivery address is rue de Vergnies in Ixelles and not chaussée de Bruxelles in Forest-(Belgium)..O_My mailbox is Hot and not Gl..O_The tracking""my account"" does not work ..O_Your ""Contact"" (in English..???).)something incredible does not recognize my mailbox Out(Hot) ..Until recently the packages arrived via Colisimo(more recently Mondial-Relay)and my invoices did not reach 150.eur ..O_For the last invoice it is all the more frustrating that you do not have half of my dem""not available currently""!!!.. I hope an answer from you.

Shipping leaves something to be desired even if you pay 15 euro for fast shipping (2 to 3 days) the order still hasn't arrived and that makes 10

Out of 12 pots ordered, 2 do not conform. I ordered a steel red and received a steel red pot with dark grey inside. The delivery time was very long, but in a complicated health period, no blame can be laid. Decu on the other hand of these errors for which I'll have to make a new order.

Considering the delay with the current conditions the delivery is good. The items received are of the quality I want. I just have a problem finding items (perhaps a fault on my part example I am looking for figurines Tamiya 135 it is the entire range TAMIYA that scrolls For the rest everything suits me. Jame

The choice was very wide and perfect. The price was very good, thank you. But the postage was expensive and the delivery time: long (although understandable with the coroner's case).
