Following my complaint that I had received cheaper replacement items but paid the same price as the items ordered, 1001 Maquettes sent a parcel containing the correct items at their expense. I would like to thank them for their prompt response to my last e-mail. My order was for a model of the Glorieux boat, which arrived safely. It said that the glue and paints were not supplied, so I bought everything I needed for the model. I had asked about the number of copies available of a product for a group order. Shortly after placing my order, the product was still available (perhaps a quick restocking...).
