The parcel has not yet been delivered! The tracking number is wrong or ?? and does not work! A phone call did not bring any answer except the confirmation that the tracking does not work and that I should have patience. 07.11 2nd notice After 14 days the parcel arrived ... it seems by a big detour. Super model, correct delivery time. However, the model's packaging came unstuck in one place and the brush didn't fit (not great for a gift, but not too bad either) and it's full of dust. For a site that sells relatively expensive models, it's a bit of a shame. But everything arrived on time and the material itself wasn't damaged. A little extra for the post

This isn't my first order, but in the latest one, dated September 29, I notice that some parts are still missing or have deteriorated. Ref: 80789 autobus parisien TN6 C2 2 tires are missing and one part (seat armrest) is defective. Even if I understand that you're not in the business, please tell me how to go about obtaining a replacement.
