I received my ordered vehicle quite quickly but to my regret, once I had unpacked it to put it in the window, I regretted the doubt I had when I sent the vehicle in its packaging to find that the front windscreen was damaged. I find this regrettable, especially for the price of the vehicle, and it's a shame that there isn't a minimum visual check on the shipment before it's dispatched. I'm going to hesitate twice before placing another order. Well-prepared packaging for shipment. However, the packaging for the plane had already been opened (i.e. sent to someone's home) and very badly resealed. Inside there was some broken polystyrene (I don't think you check your returns!) and, of course, parts that hadn't been put in their slots. Finally, the glue tubes were unusable, so I had to buy new ones. In fact, when I buy something new, I'd like to have something new, not an art object.
