Clear and good ordering process. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the shipping. There are three shipping methods. I had opted for the middle one which is a bit faster (2-4 days with tracking number) Unfortunately I only received the package 9 days later. This was my first order on this site. The order was placed well in advance of Christmas (1 month before) and the delivery time on the site was 5 to 7 days for the boats chosen. They finally arrived, but I had to call twice (one boat didn't arrive, the other didn't conform, so I had to change refs) to get them in time just before Christmas. What would have happened if I hadn't phoned? I don't know what would have happened. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the people who helped me with my calls. Very good service but wasn't happy about the additional charge for using pay pal. Delivery took slightly longer than expected but that's more to do with postal services. Kit was well packed and packaging was very strong and sturdy. Would definitely use 1001 model kits again especially for hard to find European model kits. Have already recommended them to friends.
