Bad experience, my order was supposed to be a surprise for my husband's birthday. Order placed paid confirmed 7 days later still nothing. The explanations of 1001 maquette incomprehensible and unjustified. Supposedly shipped. But the model was resold to another person. Conclusion forced to change model. So very disappointed.

The customer service solved a problem I had ordering in my language and quickly. The price of the offer was great. The only bad thing is the shipping. I have never paid such an expensive shipping (9€) for something that took a week to arrive from France (it's not that far) and the express shipping was already exaggerated.

The purchase process worked smoothly and there is no reason to criticize. The goods received corresponded to the description and the quality is ok. However, the delivery is a disaster! Waiting three to four weeks after ordering within the EU for a product is unacceptable. Furthermore, I had problems with their support as I received a response but only after two days!!!! The delivery time was respected and the product is compliant. An effort needs to be made on communication: many emails are sent with information that is sometimes incomplete or erroneous. I almost felt like I was being spammed. Finally, the choice of colissimo for delivery leaves something to be desired. Given the price paid, it would have been nice to see a picture of the parcel, even though it was left at a delivery point.

I consider that charge excessive for the small lightweight package that was shipped. Had the shipping and handling charge been more reasonable I would have rated my experience as five star.
