If you read this 1001, use boxes, even little ones to protect the product. They were quick enough with the full refund however, so 'acceptable' service in that I got my money back without hassle. First order. Correct delivery in good condition but not the fastest: 10 working days but modelling is not a matter of urgency either. The negative point would be the price. For the colors you have to pay another 25- € and it is an immense work!!! According to the product information, the material is very harmful to health - you shouldn't actually touch it....
