I received an order without an item and after more than two weeks I am still waiting to know if they are going to send it to me or reimburse me.

As always the product without problems and well packaged. The but it has taken 2 weeks for the order to arrive since I placed it. And the price is a bit high. Even so I will continue to buy from

Delay a little long due to lack of stock.

Since it is necessary to evaluate""now"" order of April 20 not delivered on May 11 information on the parcel it would perhaps have been taken in charge by a deliveryman ..Avis""1001 Maquettes"" May 4 there will be a small delay. Information from Mondial Relay: they will not be able to deliver to the relay point which is.....saturated! What's the solution? We'll see on... May 14th. On a positive note: the 16894 euros were debited on April 23. For the moment it smells of either a scam or contempt for the customer. Sincere congratulations

I needed parts for a diorama I needed parts for a diorama, and 1001 Marquettes had the bits I needed. No problems with the website but unfortunately some of the parts were out of stock and I had to wait a week and a bit before they arrived. Once sent, they arrived promptly in a jiffy bag which meant that the two boxes of bits were a little crushed. No damage to the contents though. Thanks, I couldn't have completed my project without them!

My order was missing an item. I intervened by wire to claim this article. I am now waiting for it to be delivered free of charge of course.

Over priced shipping toke too long.

Products conformed and delivery time respected, but the items were stacked one on top of the other without any protection in a cardboard-type pouch. Some of the products were made of glass, which could have been shattered if delivered in a glass container.

The prices are very expensive and the shipping costs also expensive. I cannot be told to pay almost 15€ to ship a single item is as an answer I am told that it is the cost of the courier and if instead you spend almost 40€ the courier charges themselves are reduced almost by half. Inconsistency at its best

Processing time from online order to dispatch is quite long at 6 days. Then there was another very long delivery time. I ordered online on 5.4. the shipment was sent on 11.4. and I received it on 19.4. That's definitely too long for me.

A small problem with the order which was not in totality but quickly solved.

On the whole, everything is good except for one drawback, which is the delivery time. My parcel was picked up on Thursday but only arrived at the relay point on Wednesday afternoon.

Paints arrived as ordered if a little late, no issue with paint quality so far and order fully filled. Would be happy to use again but only where I see price advantage.

There are a good range of kits. I went through the order process but an error occurred with validation of payment. I then had an on-line chat which was very good but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.
