Not the best service experience I've had There are a good range of kits. I went through the order process but an error occurred with validation of payment. I then had an on-line chat which was very good, but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this, successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number, but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.

After I placed my order, I made a mistake. I had ordered glue and 3 jars of paint mix, but I received 2 jars in the first package. Following this, I replied to the satisfaction documentation, stating my problem and pressing the""I would like to contact the team; obviously it didn't work the first time. I had to contact them again to get the jar back. There seemed to be a problem with the parcel as the team did scan the 3 jars but 2 jars arrived. Otherwise a good site with plenty of choice and very fast delivery.

After a difficult start, everything went smoothly: the order was placed on time, and the TAMIYA model was really precise: no adjustment, no positioning pins, etc... I am very disappointed with the responsiveness of the parcel delivery service. A parcel was supposed to arrive within 4 days, but I've been waiting 14 days to receive it.
