Some people are just unlucky.... For me, an order that was supposed to arrive within the week (for a birthday) was blocked because an accessory was missing...! After 15 to 20 calls and emails over 4 weeks, each time the parcel was supposed to leave the next day... I finally received it yesterday 1512. But with one detail missing... all that's missing are the glue and the paints that were ordered, paid for and not delivered !!!!!! Quality products wide choice however you should put the actual delivery time. I am still waiting for a paint order placed 8 days ago with only available products and 24 hour delivery as advertised. Sincerely jf. Small error on your part, my order was delivered to the post office on December 21. I received it on December 22 because a reference was missing. That's why you gave me a credit note by removing the missing reference at my request.

For my first order, I'm satisfied with the equipment I bought. The only complaint I have is that you deliver within 24 hours, but I waited 8 days and sent a complaint by e-mail.
