Reliable and available, but the shipping time is quite long and the charges are a bit excessive (more than 7€ for two pieces weighing less than 50g each).

Very good choice, fast and careful delivery, but the price is still higher than the competition.

Ordered on October 10th and still haven't received anything. If I don't receive anything by Monday, I'll have to cancel my order. Otherwise, the customer service team responds quickly and is very attentive. The delivery service leaves something to be desired.

I think that accepting an order without having the product in stock, making the customer wait several months without warning him and waiting for him to phone (at his own expense in Paris) from Belgium to get an answer, which seems to me to be curious to say the least, is not acceptable. The least you can do is warn the customer as soon as the order is placed and let him know that he will have to wait etc... If I have understood correctly, I will receive my parcel this Monday!

Poor Order Fulfillment Process Order placed & paid with PayPal 10/3. No communication or delivert by 10/23, when I inquired only to find one item out of stock. Asked for refund to PayPal for that item, got a future sale voucher (fat chance) instead. Got that cleared up, they asked if I still wanted item that was in stock. Cancelled order in frustration, no credit to my PayPal to date, handed it to them for resolution. Customer Service people very nice, polite but company procedures hamper them resolving problems. Ordered from them once before with no issues two years ago, perhaps sales are now so good they can afford to kick a couple customers to the curb.

No comms from Vendor until PayPal intervened We did eventually receive the product we ordered. However at first this vendor took the money, sent us an invoice then.. Nothing. After a few days we contacted the vendor asking what was happening. No response. We contacted them again. No response. Finally we resorted to opening a PayPal complaint in order to get a refund. The response was then instantaneous. Multiple emails kept us informed up until the point the goods turned up.

Quality as expected. Delivery time was quite long. Order processed on 02.10.2017 delivered on 19.10.2017 (according to online store: dispatch in 4-6 days).

After ordering 8 items on this site, I received the parcel 5 days later by Colissimo. What a surprise to see that I only had half of my order... The delivery note stipulated the total amount of my order. I called 1001 Maquettes to find out if all this was normal, and the advisor promised to keep me informed of what had happened. The next day, with no news, I decided to call again. The logistician calls me a liar... The delivery packaging (bubble envelope in my case) is not suitable. The poster included in the order is crumpled, and a brush hair protector escaped during handling of the envelope, damaging the poster.
