I modified my initial order of 2 models the next day by phone, adding a 3rd model which I also paid for. This change was not taken into account immediately because I received a message saying that a package had been sent with 2 models. I had to call and my 3rd model was sent to me in another parcel at no extra cost. Very satisfied with the very good condition of

Excellent choice of models! As an absolute Ferrari fan, I can build the entire sublime range of this legendary brand. Prices are sometimes prohibitive, but given the rarity of the models... fortunately it's a Ferrari, so I don't count. Delivery always on time and in very good condition. The only downside is that the Revell Ferrari 250 GTO arrived damaged in its unassembled packaging. The plastic chassis was damaged, and one of the wheel mounting brackets and an engine mount were missing (see photos). I find this unfortunate, but overall, out of the 15 Ferrari models purchased (between 35€ and 175€), only this model arrived damaged for a purchase price of 45€. All in all, I'm very satisfied! Still waiting for the parcel sent by Relay on 3072017 received on 6 072017 at the customer collection point. At the reception point today on 17072017 she said she had received nothing. I phoned Relay Belgium, who confirmed that the parcel had been at my disposal since 6072017.

The choice of paints is difficult to assess on the basis of the models - advice would be welcome when ordering from the catalog. The glue takes too long to set, and the tube is impractical. It's preferable to use super glue.

shipping far too slow .... ready 2 weeks after order

Shipping took a bit long, then it was impossible to order the same product several times in one order (display out of stock as soon as we put in more than 1), so shipping costs were added and in the end we had to order one item at a time... (or I don't know mea culpa) But all in all, it was fine.

It took over 2 weeks until the figures in stock arrived.

Package sent on time as advertised on the website. However the packaging was too light, I had ordered 30 small pots of paint which were placed loose in a simple bubble envelope. I had also ordered a decal sheet which was placed unprotected in the middle of the pots, so it arrived crumpled. The free poster is crumpled too, and good to go.

large choice - quality products - delivery service ok except for the""mondial relay"" part which suffers from a few bugs (delay error in place of delivery not taking into account the opening hours of the relay point) Without this negative point which does not call into question the site itself... everything else is fine.

Never mind, mustn't grumble..... The canopy took a while to arrive, which is not an issue, but when it did come, it had been crushed in the post. Never mind, I found a suitable piece at the bottom of my spares box..... well wrapped.

Recommend that next time when you ship decals, you should place them between 2 thin sheets of cardboard to help prevent them from bending... Other than the slight damage to the decals, the shipping time was very reasonable... Thanks David

According to Colissimo you didn't pass on my full address - they only had 270 bd de Ste Marguerite 13009... it's the business address of the CHU Ste Marguerite but it was missing the precise place where I work... whereas on the 1st delivery everything went fine.... ??? Pavilon Solaris result => parcel supposedly delivered but I don't know where I called Colissimo ... they're going to try to contact the delivery man to find out where he dropped the parcel off at 6.30pm... what I do know is that the secretary's office was closed! I left at 9.15pm... without my parcel and on vacation for 4 weeks...not glop! Aff
