Products "Available - dispatched today": these products are in stock at our logistics warehouse in Isère and are dispatched the same day. After verification, here's what happened to your order: the F-22 Raptor was ordered from our supplier based in England. As such, the delivery time is 4 weeks, mainly due to customs clearance, which can be complicated. The item I was looking for was sold out everywhere, only 1001hobbies indicated they still had stock and could ship within one business day. Therefore, I ordered the item from 1001hobbies. But after ordering, it was indicated that the item had to be ordered from the supplier first. This took 3 weeks. All this time the website indicated they still had stock. I find this deception. Also never had a response to my question about the order.
