Billing error cleared up in jig-time, first class! My order was shipped 3/29, so has not yet arrived in Canada (which doesn't surprise me) - hence the ""4"" rating. I discovered a price discrepancy between 3/29 and 4/10 and 1001 staff fixed it pronto. Overall impression - very good.

I'm not demanding about delivery times (it's imperative that the people working there can do so in the best possible conditions and without having to be squeezed like lemons). I am very unhappy with delivery time. I ordered a sheet of decals for an older 1:48 scale B-17 kit on 2/10/16. The kit was 90% complete but the kit decals were too old. On 2/18/16 I sent a message requesting status and saying that if the decal sheet was not in stock I would select a different one. On 2/19/16 I received an email saying it shipped and they would notify me of a tracking number. It is now 3/2/16 and I have not received a tracking number or the decals. This is not acceptable and I will know better in the future not to order from 1001 models.
