A product that says it will be delivered in 2-3 days arrives after 9 days.

You can find almost everything, which is remarkable .... The only downside is the difficulty of searching directly for the model you are looking for....and some of the prices (justified?) of certain models. I'm thinking of Mach 2, between the retail price they charge and the sales price.

My order was processed correctly from start to finish.

A bit slow to ship . Packing could be better. The Item was shipped more than 10 days after payment . The decals arrived creased and damaged , Packing them with a piece of cardboard would have protected them . I don't think that would be too much to ask as I paid twice actual postage.

Very pleased with my purchase, would like to make a recommendation. I would like to recommend that you update your site with the box art of the item I purchased. I know this going to sound anal retentive, but hear me out. The box art for the land rover kit I bought shows a different version of the WMKI land rover. Airfix has a new cover for the kit which shows the new version of the land rover. I realized after receiving the kit that I already had the kit. Looking at the kit closer I can make it the older version. Now I admit I should have paid closer attention to the kit I was buying (ie kit number). I quit pleased with the service and kit itself. Just recommend updating your site so there is no confusion for other customers int he future. Thanks you.

the shipping service is very economical and I really liked the packaging box because the package does not suffer at all because when buying elsewhere sometimes the boxes are damaged or even the products are broken. nothing more thanks.

There's a wide choice of models and paints (I haven't tried the customization kits yet). All paint colors are available. Shipping is fast, with no extra charges.

only one comment: the parcel had the exact dimensions of a standard letterbox. Dimensions so exact that it had to be twisted to get it out of the letterbox. Fortunately, that's what parcels and model boxes are made for, so the bunches weren't damaged.

Hello, a quick note about my order. As far as processing and delivery are concerned, nothing to complain about. Quality of paints, brushes and small equipment in general. However, I was disappointed with the ITALERI figurines. They're crude, lacking in finesse, and the details of the parts are non-existent. I think there should be a more precise description and photo of the contents. It's true that I stopped modding a long time ago.

Some items are available in 48 hours or are delivered 5 days later? I think 5 days is too long because other suppliers are in 4 days.

Hello As mentioned in the title, the service is impeccable and fast. Enormous choice on the site (good stock management and availability, even for special brands). I put 4 stars and not 5 just for the choice of delivery person. I would have preferred to have the choice of a private courier such as TNT or UPS rather than Colissimo. I have far too many problems with La Poste, whether it's for business or pleasure. (Incidentally, a box of figurines was dented, without any serious damage to the contents, proof of the lack of care taken by La Poste in handling the items).

I'm happy to have come across this site for its seriousness as well as for the quality and delivery times.

Everything is very correct, the delivery times and condition of the goods are met, but the method of payment without synchrony in the acceptance gives some repelus seeing the times that run.
