Well received the model only one small problem it misses ... the propeller !!!!! what compromises much the realization unless to canibalize another model to the propeller approaching .... dom

Ordered on 10.01. Confirmation of receipt of payment on 12.01. (so far great!) but only on 17.01. the notification that the items have been shipped. This is ok so far but not a top value. If items are not immediately available, a notification to the customer would be desirable. All in all, I will certainly not have ordered for the last time). Unfortunately, the majority of my orders (and those of well-known model makers) go to other dealers who offer the same items at significantly lower prices. The price difference of items I recently ordered from other stores ranges from insignificant to unbelievable. insignificantly similar price Aires cockpit for 1499€ - other store as well - ordered from 1001modellbau unbelievable Tamiya item for 3299€ - ordered from other store for 1895€ - Tamya recommendation: 2350 $ (Attention: Dollar) - I don't even pay the difference in a store with good advice and provided coffee! Italeri article for 2199€ - ordered from another store for 1495€ Conclusion - absolutely praiseworthy huge selection especially for scaffolding sets (here also comparable prices). - fast confirmation of receipt of payment with prepayment (that makes a good gut feeling) - relatively fast shipping - unfortunately clearly too expensive for kits (sometimes almost double the price compared to the competition) ... this messes up many orders that would end up with you at a comparable price because I (and also model building colleagues) would place them with the scaffolding parts Since the price is no secret and everything else is serious, there are still 4 stars.

All is well, that ends well, i suppose... Initial order confusion, and difficult communication. Took time and Email discussions to get order back on track. Order delayed and was split into 2 parts. With delays, order was finely completed.

the products ordered on December 20 (by colissimo) did not arrive until January 3, 2013...after calling and telling me it would arrive before the end of 2012 and one of the paints is totally unusable because more water than paint...at least my son liked the models although no indications or advice on the boxes about the paints Ã

Very satisfied with the products ordered. On the other hand very disappointed with your site for the management of addresses (billing and delivery) Nothing is respected even after calling your sales department. A piece of advice: improve your site for delivery and everything will be fine.

I'd like to add a little something to my assessment. I've just read a number of comments and I've noticed that customer service very often tends to blame the end-of-year festivities for delays. However, as far as I'm concerned, my order was placed after the festivities and delivery still took 15 days.

Complete order arrived safely. Delivery times sometimes a little long, but extensive choice of accessory models.

Received torn packaging surrounded by tape ""La Poste"" for the package to hold and a callage really done in a hurry that did not allow the model to arrive unscathed.

The model car was delivered on time, but the color requested was wrong: we received a red car and had ordered a white one.

Not very good: I have several addresses registered with 1001 maquettes. I asked for delivery to my home address, but unfortunately the orders are systematically sent to my work address, even though I selected the right address when ordering (this has happened to me twice). I ordered several products indicated as available. Finally I received an e-mail telling me that one product was unavailable, but that the other 2 had been shipped anyway (so far, so good). Then I receive an email with a credit corresponding to the product that wasn't shipped. As I wanted this product, I ordered it on the site a few days later as it was available again. I ordered it but had to pay the shipping costs again. It's a pity when they could have sent it to me separately at no extra cost, as they do.

what can I say???? voilà I decided to get back into model making and after a""surfÃ"" on a multitude of sites I came across 1001....... I appreciated the wide choice in models the simplicity of navigation..... to finally place an order....... aie..... a few days later an e-mail telling me that as soon as my order had been ""processed"" I would be notified.... then.... the wait..... in short.... more than 15 days before receiving my purchase.... (fortunately no bad surprises on opening) very disappointed by the abnormally long wait in view of the delivery costs.... really dommag

After a few stomach aches regarding orders from abroad, my negative expectations were not confirmed. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the foreign bank transfer with its endless chains of numbers. The model was also delivered within a reasonable time. I will order from 1001Maquettes again.

Shipping took far too long.

The product fully corresponds to the description so I am absolutely satisfied. But the shipping time was a disaster: order processed on 18.12.2012 order processed on 21.12.2012 handover to shipping company confirmed by email on 24.12.2012 from DHL confirmation of collection delivered here on 04.01.2013. So the parcel was on its way from France to me for 14 days, of which it spent 10 days in the parcel center in Belgium alone. I understand that Christmas and the turn of the year are hot shipping times, but 10 days without any movement in a parcel center is a bit much. The statement in the email said that delivery would take place in 6 to 9 days. That didn't work out at all. MfG Uwe Clausen

Delivery times are far too long, especially when compared with competing sites.

No worries from 1001maquettes' point of view, the parcel is in perfect condition and the delivery times were correct for the Christmas period. However, the Colissimo clowns gave the parcel to one of my neighbors, even though the post office is only 20 metres from my home, without asking me for the person's identity or giving him mine... It's really irresponsible behavior knowing that I was in a hurry to offer this parcel.... In short, no hard feelings, but your managers should have a little chat with the Post Office or their president.

Product was correct but shipping was SLOW I ordered a model kit and it took over two weeks for it to leave their warehouse. The transit time was not the issue it was how long it took for them to deliver it to the carrier. No explanation as to why, not too impressed!
