In terms of the site, the information and the order, it's good. However, I wouldn't say the same for the delivery: the parcel arrived at the relay point open, and the packaging for the battery ordered as an extra was also open. You send items of a certain value that travel hundreds of kilometers and pass through several hands and depots during their transport, and despite this, the packaging is treated very lightly. Packages aren't sufficiently secure, and that's a real shame......I really think this is a serious area for improvement if you want to build customer loyalty! It's a pity because your site is particularly pleasant and complete. Best regards.

.....riguardo to shipping times, sometimes you have to be......encouraged.... when asked when you would ship the Nakajima Kate in 1/48 from Hasegawa, I was told that the kit was very difficult to find and that it would take time and patience....Then after 36 h scarce, it turned out..... 2 explanations: either it was a lie and you had forgotten about the Kate and there and then no other valid excuse was found or given the Christmas holiday period, a.......miracle had happened....????..... To me the doubt remained..... Always my respects.....

Very nice product, a little expensive and a little long in coming. But very satisfied with my purchase all the same. Maybe I'll come back to you? But as usual I'll look at several other sellers before you do. I think the price of this model with delivery is around 250€. Have a nice weekend.

I bought tamiya paint pots ... nothing to say about the site's service. On the other hand, the manufacturer has found nothing better than to stick labels on the color reference ... so impossible to distinguish one gray from another gray. Not very clever on tamiya's part and 1001 hobbies should react.

The parcel was sent a long way from my home to a post office I didn't know (Technoparc de st Genis Pouilly) and which I had a lot of trouble finding. The package was huge and difficult to carry. The dimensions should be highlighted when the item is ordered.
