I find that a little over 10 days to receive a product in stock is a long time! especially since the order was processed a few days later ... too bad! As for the parcel, the packaging was more or less appropriate for the contents (decal sheet). All in all, I think order processing needs to be improved, otherwise the products on sale are very interesting.

My experience takes place in 2 acts. In December 2011, I ordered various items, all of which were available. On receipt of the parcel, a part is missing. I asked for a refund, but the store refused on the grounds that I was using a credit card. I was then given a credit note for the amount of the part (22 euros from which I would have to subtract the shipping costs, of course). The model was also available and I asked for it to be sent within 48 hours (this is obviously more expensive than normal shipping). It's nothing to write home about, but it's still a pain. My order for decals A good place for some odd decals but their notification and keeping me informed of my order was no so good. I had to email them twice about my order and to get a shipping tracking number. A better response with the customer needs work on by customer service.
