Order placed on 2602 Payment by cheque received on 0403 Order processed on 0403 with confirmation email. So far so good.... Having no further news, I left a message on the site on 1403 and received a reply the next day stating that one of the products I had ordered was no longer in stock (although it was on the site at the time of ordering) and that my order would be prepared and partially dispatched. The monetary difference would be the subject of a discount voucher for a future order! On March 29 I sent a message asking for a refund instead of the discount voucher. I sent another reminder this evening, but I wouldn't recommend this site at this stage: Update: The site has finally proceeded with the refund.

As far as the arrival of the products is concerned, apart from the waiting time, there's nothing to declare. The disadvantage is the additional tax that we pay on receipt of the parcel - around twenty euros for an amount of 80 euros. The high cost of living here is well known.

at the time of my online order there were 6 Ariane V available so I ordered but on delivery I received only 1 copy + 1 e-mail telling me that we were out of stock and delivery would not be for about 20 days (which was not true) so I was disappointed for the first time so I re-ordered and I realized that I was still missing 1 e I finally received my last model but it took me almost 1 month.
