The website itself is excellent, a very nice wide selection. The only problem is the French transport company that brings the order from the French warehouse to the Netherlands. I have had bad experiences with this in the past. Regarding this purchase, let me suffice to say that it should not take weeks for something coming from France to reach a destination in the Netherlands.

I was happy to receive this model. My grandson is all for Airbus and all for Thai Airlines. After opening the shipping box i took a Quick Look at the model box and saw no damage. I surely couldn’t understand why you didn’t put an packing material around the model box to ensure that it arrived safely.

Delivered in perfect condition. Good communication.

Delivery took longer than indicated. When I called, representative was friendly and helpful yet it took still longer than they said on the phone. In the end, I did get my order in good fashion.

They don't have stock--they pull from their suppliers and mail to you. Slow...but can't beat some of the prices. If you can afford to wait, these guys may be a great option for your hobby needs

Excellent selection, reasonable prices, and good communication regarding delays in filling my order. Took much longer than expected, but was worth the wait.

My order according to information I would receive it on September 16, we are at 18 and according to the tracking that indicate me takes travel in the centers of Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Benavente and in some cases it appears as several times. Yesterday at 22:00 hours it appeared again in Madrid. Understand that I can not have a good opinion of the service, be "fault" of whoever it may be. The reasons I do not know, but do not give estimated arrival information. It is not for the non-arrival of the product, but for the "movements" that they reflect. At least 4 locations as indicated by the tracking. My previous experience was pretty good, now about this one I can't say the same. I am sorry.

It was a bit exciting because it took two weeks to arrive, and just when it was due to arrive the national postal service of Spain sent me messages that the address was nonexistent and that the package was going to be returned and I had no way to communicate with anyone because the address was correct ....
(I imagined 2 weeks of return to France and 2 weeks back to Spain, while my son could not make the model and kept asking when the paints arrived) But come on, it's all because of the delivery service, maybe another logistics provider would not have had so much trouble. The product is phenomenal.

Quality products, sometimes hard to find. Great, but delivery times are long, especially for my latest orders. I'm still waiting for an order I placed several weeks ago.

Delivery time not as advertised. Unpleasant customer service, since we are dealing with a computer and not a physical person; as a result, my request for information could not be met.

Everything worked well, only 2 items were unfortunately already sold out, which could still be added to the order.

Very difficult communication with the site following an incomplete parcel, call which refers to the mail, several mails sent with only one answer then more answers following this mail. Problem still unresolved after several weeks.

Very nice, except that I had ordered the comic with the other cover, which I thought was nicer, which is why I preferred to order it from you, even though I had seen it cheaper elsewhere... too bad, great comic all the same.
