initial Delivery date was not communicated right away but all went very well after

The delivery time was quite long, then turns out a product could not be delivered. Instead of simply refunding the undelivered item, the seller apparently works with a voucher to use on a subsequent order. A not very customer-oriented and old-fashioned system that only serves to benefit the seller himself.

On the website, the illustration does not correspond to reality. The box is different.

In process, in stock as of 11/06 : ALFA-ROMEO GIULIA QUADRIFOGLIO RECEIVED , English green satin enamel paint 364 - In stock NOT RECEIVED

The decals that I had ordered were on back order. After several months I gotten an email saying they were shipped.
In the meantime I already acquired another sheet from someplace else.
So now I have two sheets of decals on the same issue.
Orders that are back ordered should have an email sent to be sure the customer still wants the item. But, probably my fault for not keeping track.

The parcel arrived within a reasonable time but was in poor condition.

The product sold does not correspond to what we want to buy because the presentation photo does not match. When the soap, it seems non-existent!

Good site, long delivery times

Difficulty in the presentation of the model's realization. Not very explicit and not very clear. Too bad!!!!

Quality products, user-friendly site and fast delivery. However, the soap is not up to scratch, taking over 6 months to obtain a missing part on an order.

Great quality, delivery could be faster though

It was not clear on the website that the item was out of stock and had yet to arrive from abroad. The promised arrival date was far from being met because of this.

It didn't take long to ship. Satisfied.

Fast shipment, still a lack of protection inside the box (cardboard rag is a start but not enough, however small film around the product foam taped is already a plus), conclusion fast package (quite damaged from the trip), we should review the protection inside the package to actually protect the product which is basically in perfect condition (bubble wrap or inflated plastic would be necessary, I think you have the means to do this), please put this in place - the cost and implementation of this is necessary and would cost next to nothing, and afterwards you'd be assured of the state of arrival of the product, which is frankly appreciated by all customers, as well as saving you from more annoying problems - in short, a "must have" which is something rather basic in the end (thank you" good continuation)

The staff reacted quickly and the delivery "post"went off without a hitch this time. Order form a little complicated to fill in. Initial payment not usable as desired

Top prices, great delivery, but long delivery times. Nevertheless, I will continue to order from 1001! Any time again.

Very high prices, but you can find things you can't find anywhere else....except in England, where they buy. After a difficult start to the order, everything worked out, thanks to their commercial quality>.

The site and ordering went smoothly,shipping however was not as good.

All good, communication, packaging, etc. The part, however, could have more moving parts, such as shock absorbers.

On the other hand, once again a box with a crushed corner, that wouldn't have been serious, but there were 2 damaged figs (hat 8061).Pegasus 870 ordered in 1/72 delivered in 1/144? The packaging was too small for the contents! I almost forgot 2 boxes were particularly dusty? I'll still give you a 4 for the quantity of items available.

order arrived quite quickly. nevertheless, i ordered paint pots and a sticker in french was stuck on the reference... too bad for me who had to peel off the stickers. otherwise very good

The only drawback is to know the state of stocks, I had to repeat my order 15 times because I didn't know what was in stock, whereas 2 days later I was able to order what I wanted to have in the first place.

Fast replenishment for a fast delivery as well, in accordance with the order.
Good note also to the packaging which corresponded to the volume to be transported and was not oversized.

Fast delivery my order was very well packed and arrived intact.

Fast delivery after ordering. Small hitch: the deliveryman couldn't find my letterbox, he was too in a hurry to wait 1 minute (stopwatch in hand), put my parcel on the letterboxes and it was stolen in less than 10 seconds (the time it took me to get down in the elevator).

Order confirmed on 02/02/24, delivery in May in two instalments.
