Shipping times are very long. The items ordered were announced to be shipped within 1 week, they arrived after 20 days... I had to contact customer service to make sure they hadn't forgotten my order after 15 days without any news from them.

The Hama Beads product is the usual one I get from other sites, but the delivery was too long, compared to others who deliver in two days. Waited three weeks and had to pick up at store they indicated. Company based in France.

I have not been informed of an out-of-stock situation I am not refunded for the out-of-stock product but I am stuck with a credit note (does this comply with the regulations or the general terms and conditions of sale, I don't think so). No response from 1001hobbies to messages sent via the customer account.

A lot of products, a lot of choice, it's a pity that shipping costs are expensive, that to get free shipping you have to buy a lot of 99€ and that return shipping costs are at the customer's charge. For info amazon returns are free and the minimum purchase for free shipping is 25€.
