Nothing to say about the items, they are very good. However, when I ordered the items were in stock but one of them was out of stock the next day (bad luck). I had to wait 2 weeks, which is still a reasonable delay.

It was all good except for delivery. The delivery took 5 weeks and unfortunately the goods did not arrive. Big thanks to 1001 Hobbies team for the support. The goods were sent again and arrived quickly. It is understandable that there could be a delay in delivery during the Christmas period and of course the Hobbies team cannot influence this directly.

Everything said it was in stock, and I was ordering for Christmas. Ordered on November 30, yet it took over 4 weeks to ship it. Everything did eventually arrive after 6 weeks... and was exactly as ordered and exactly what I wanted. Overall good experience.

We ordered WW2 bombs for an art project. We considered them fairly pricey but they were a necessary part of the project. It took months to get them putting the project way behind. But the worst part was when they came. They weren’t just small, they were super tiny. They looked like the remnants of the plastic and not the actual object. Totally unusable but by the time we would have paid for return shipping it would not have been worth it. They ended up in the trash as totally unusable and we wasted nearly $80!

I had no trouble navigating the site, which is very complete to satisfy both the young and the not-so-young. The only downside was that delivery took a very long time: I ordered on November 30, for a birthday on December 17, and I received the package by e-mail on Sunday, December 17, even though the worldwide relay point was closed! fortunately, I live in a small village, and the shopkeeper was extremely kind to come and open the door on purpose so that I could give the cake as a present!
