I placed this order using vouchers they had made me to make up for the messes of the previous order, this time the products were available on time but then to complicate things they thought it best to ship with the French postal service instead of a courier as the previous time, so the order took 20 days to arrive, yet the shipping rate was always 7.50 euros.
I will leave you the review of the previous order to understand the situation: they are confusing, some products that were supposed to arrive in a short time never arrived and other products apparently available, while waiting for them to arrive the others disappeared or even became pre-orders. I had to send a lot of emails and make several phone calls while also having to insist that I demanded refunds, which they then did with a couple of refunds and a voucher, which fortunately I was able to spend because there was another item I was interested in. in short out of 5 models I received one that took three weeks to ship despite it being available. in short they are honest in that they refunded what they owed but too dispersive, on the model I received I saved something compared to average prices but it was not worth all the time I had to waste.

I absolutely did not like the packaging : it is not possible to ship a sheet of decals without a piece of hard cardboard in the envelope. My sheet arrived a little folded but still usable, otherwise I would have returned it.

The order was perfect and well packaged. But the delivery time is really long.

It took a long time for some paints to be delivered. If I could have found them elsewhere I would not have got them from 1001 Hobbies.

The delivery time is a little longer, but the product is exactly as described on the site. I am very satisfied with it

Instructions in Chinese!!! But there's a law?

Good selection but unfortunately many items not in stock. Delivery was always easy to track. Customer service always responded quickly.

Bad company

A little pricey, but so are the others selling this stuff. Since it comes from France (which really isn't clear when you order) takes longer then normal.

Everything was good, the UI is clear, the only things I can comment on is the breadth of the selection, shipping wasn't too fast either but the site can't do anything about that. Overall, 9/10

Hello, I'm very unhappy with my last 3 paint purchases, why? there's too much thinner in the paint pots which makes the paint too liquid and does a poor job. the worst is the enamel brown gloss 80 pot which contains 2/3 thinner. I'm thinking of changing paint brands. Best regards. M.GUILBON.

there are no detailed french assembly instructions inside, nor any other assembly instructions, very disappointed for a first order.

Navigation on the site, at least on mobile, isn't very fluid or intuitive, but it's fine, delivery was fast and the package was well cared for.

customer service is very good.my main interest is 1/72 napoleonic military figures and my favorite brand, Zvezda, is prohibitively expensive.something I find hard to understand, especially since I don't have this problem with my other retailers.

I had a problem with the reception of the package, but fortunately they solved the problem.

The timing and tracking have taken too long, more information on the process would be encouraging. The shipment is correct.

Order took a long time to arrive. These were needed on promised delivery date but arrived much later so I had to order this order elsewhere and received it faster

Great collectable figure arrived just after the stipulated time , but because it's not available at retail it's good for a UK delivery .
The communication with the seller and update was also helpful
