My pre-order became an order, I received my product very late despite being assured that my product was in stock. I received a broken 80€ figure. After I contacted them, of course, they wanted to give me a 15€ voucher (for a broken 80€ figure ???). Since I was not satisfied, they wanted me to absolutely destroy the figure and send a picture. Only then would I have gotten a new one, so I preferred to take the 15€ and fix the figure with some glue, but I have to say that the shipping and how it was packed was absolutely bad.
At least 3 stars because the support is nice and replies quickly

If I have received the order mentioned in the Subject, I am extremely disappointed. Of the fifteen pots of Tamya color, only two are identified, and the others have no reference. As I'm not color-blind, I don't have any trouble distinguishing between green and yellow, but it's less obvious between different shades of the same color. A simple mark with a felt-tip pen would have sufficed and wasn't time-consuming. This was my first order and I'm afraid my last.
