The different boxes of the package were crushed. Fortunately, the parts inside were undamaged. The bubble wrap protection is insufficient. Consider using cardboard packaging.

I did not know 1001 hobbies. I bought on this site because the product I wanted was difficult to find in much more well-known places. The price seemed reasonable enough, the package arrived in a few days and in good condition. I would say it went quite well.

Shipping was excellent. I'm a little disappointed the product box was opened and in poor condition. What I purchased was rare and an old production however, so that is a tradeoff.

The stock management of 1001hobbies is disastrous. The ordered item was indicated as "in stock and shipped within 7 days". A few days after the order, 1001hobbies informs that their supplier is awaiting restocking of the item. Ah! There is indeed deception regarding the message displayed on the site. Fortunately, the item eventually arrived... but three months later, in February. It's a shame for a Christmas gift... No chance I will place a new order through this merchant site.

Product as described but deadlines not respected. Displaying as in stock to mean it is in stock with the supplier is misleading. Better to order directly from the supplier, it’s faster.

I ordered two items at the beginning of January, which were marked as "immediately available". One arrived, the second was missing from the package. In response to my inquiry, I initially received only automated replies. Later, I was informed that the missing item was suddenly not available and would be delivered months later. Additionally, there was an attempt to classify my order as a "pre-order", including a 25% cancellation fee. This does not add up for me, as the item was explicitly advertised as in stock at the time of purchase. A cancellation was only reluctantly accepted, and the refund ultimately went through PayPal. Product quality was okay, but service, transparency, and communication were unfortunately disappointing. Therefore, a maximum of 2 stars.

Extremely long delays between the order and receipt (2 months) which is not very clearly stated at the time of purchase on the site. When I made my purchase on 12/13/2025, it was mentioned that it would be shipped on 12/18/2025 but ultimately received on 02/18/2026. Package in excellent condition but really too long delays.

I paid extra for a better shipping box. Very disappointing when it is only wrapped in plastic. The box of the product arrived damaged. Fortunately, the contents are okay.

Took over 6 months to arrive. Customer Service responded to about 1/2 of my inquiries.

The delivery was very late. I'm not used to this from Dutch companies, on the contrary, they are top-notch. But if you have to get your goods not from the Netherlands but from France, the delay is clear. There was also a French document included with a French address...a "hint" to order in France? Good luck!

The two kits I received are very nice. A little pricey but I have not been able to find them on other sites so I don't mind paying. I look forward to receiving the other two I ordered.

My order was delivered too late, also the item was in stock but was delivered weeks later. I had to pay shipping costs and it was not delivered to my home, I had to pick it up at the pickup point. I don't think it should be like this.

Impeccable! I had an issue and a delay with my order but the service corrected it for me and everything went well. Their service is reorganizing and I had to contact them via the assistance on the site. Very reasonable prices, fast shipping but a bit damaged upon arrival (one corner was damaged).

Everything arrived as per the order but after almost a month and without any explanation for the delay, despite the various requests for updates that I sent. A delay is certainly understandable, not responding to reports, no.

Hello. I received a reference for figurines instead of another one, and I have not received any feedback after my request to customer service. The rest: shipping time, packaging... was without issue.

The products are in accordance with the order. I still note a downside regarding the fact of putting a price label on the product description and the color, we then have difficulty knowing what the shade is. However, I am not satisfied with the delivery, not at the chosen pickup point and therefore delayed by more than 24 hours.

Shipments sometimes too long (items displayed available, while they are not)

The paints came with warning stickers over the original stickers. This makes it impossible to see what the colour is. If you have to put the warning sticker on, can you put it so it doesn't cover the name of the paint?

Pleasant site and quite complete range of products. However, the delivery times are very long...

I paid $50 for a scale model kit and received an $8 bottle of weathering pigment instead. Sloppy inventory management.

Good although it took a long time to come

Finally received the ordered paint, however, everything was supposed to be in stock and I had to wait over three weeks for the delivery.

Too long shipping time, a shipment was missing a windshield I sent an email and didn't even get a response I find that quite rude!!!

It took too long, almost a month and a half.

Ordering something from a webshop and having to wait nearly A MONTH is not a positive experience, especially when the phone and email are blocked. Not open to a next order.

My items are in accordance with my order, but I am disappointed with the delivery, I do not see why we are asked where we want to be delivered and the day before we are given another address. Best regards.
