Package arrived too late...

The only thing that did not happen was the expected delivery date. It came 4 days later

Always the prices too high for a leisure...

I can't give an excessively positive opinion because the order hasn't arrived. It's been almost two weeks that it's been in "transit".

First part of the order received on time and without problems, however one item was missing, it took several months to receive my item even though the store knew that the item was missing at the time of shipment. I had to remind them twice that the item was missing to receive it

Ok product, but terrible customer service :-( Paid $60 for “expedited shipping” in order to receive before Christmas (when I was to share my display with family), and nothing was shipped for days after I ordered it, and they never responded to my multiple attempts to cancel the expedited shipping when unrealized they would never make it in time. They ignored all my requests and sent for $60 anyway, and so I paid $60 for a package that came 16 days after I ordered it - 11 days after I needed it :-(

Everything arrived well, we would like to return 1 product but what a hassle to return something.. this should be much easier

paint product in stock on your site where my order is and to learn that my delayed order is missing products, you don't even keep track of your stocks online, I had to buy my paint on Amazon to fulfill my orders

Delay of 4 months to receive my order! No response on the phone, responses by email made by a bot! Honestly, I do not recommend at all

I requested it with the most expensive shipping so that it would arrive between the 23rd and the 26th, and it arrived on the 29th

Short review: order only if you don't mind delays. Do not order if in a rush. Long review: I have made an order on the website, although I was worried bc of the reviews. I ordered an item on the 7th of December, that said "in stock, sent within a week, delivered by the 19th of December". In the end received it on the 28th. The order was fine, not damaged, it was an original dragon ball pod figure. Feedback to the company/advice to future clients: The advertisement on the website is tricky. You must read the purchase terms before purchasing. Unless it says the item is ready for same day ship, they won't actually have it in stock, their providers will. They're essentially drop shipping. The communication from the company is poor. Sent many emails, only received response from one, that I ended up sending in french(although I purchased from the Spanish website). It's not a bad company, but it could do with some better clarification for clients and better customer service. I hope to see this improve.

The car comes with scratches as if it were not new. Disappointed by what it cost... I am not returning it because it is the child's gift and I won't receive another unit in time.

Beautiful material, everything is perfectly fine. I found (this is personal) the shipping costs to Belgium for an order that fits in a letter quite expensive.

Delivery becomes long

Promise of delivery deadline not met

Delivery arrived a week later than stated on the website. During the Christmas season, this is a no-go.

Products available at the time of order, then, once paid, some products were no longer available. Not very customer-friendly...

Delivery announced on 20/12 and package only sent on 23/12, too bad for that, the rest was very good, thank you.

Package arrived just in time. One star less because it arrived with a hole in the cardboard but did not affect the item. Otherwise super happy

Good in terms of choice but very approximate on the order tracking. The tracking link indicated in preparation, I have a message saying that the package will be delayed while the package is already at the relay. Communication on package tracking needs to be reviewed. Otherwise, order compliant, well packaged.

Principally OK, but particularly in terms of the website, especially with regard to shipment tracking, it could be further optimized.

You could put glue to build the models or at least indicate that it needs to be purchased separately (which is stingy)

Cardboard packaging too fragile, 2 items broken

Order status from order placement to order receipt was not consistent with other 5 star modeller suppliers. There was no order confirmation nor order shipment email sent, order shipment tracking information was not available on line and two emails to 1001hobbies customer support requesting this information went unanswered.

Quick delivery and good condition items

It took longer than expected for the order to be delivered but I'm happy with it otherwise.

It took a long time to arrive. And the website did not announce it in stock. Customer service offered me another model, or a voucher, but no refund. Thank God it arrived.. Just in time
