Delivery times are too long.

unable to track package once it was handed off from delivengo to the US Postal Service. Delivery date was 18 days after order date.

For the moment, I don't have any particular comment to make, but I think it would be interesting if the site could give advice to "new users" who want to embark on a "pedagogical progression", as some models are difficult to build when you don't have any experience yet.
In particular, I've had trouble with plastic models, and lately I've been turning to wooden models, which I think are easier to assemble, but I've still "missed" some of them don't work as expected, because I've made errors in assembly, because I didn't have my attention drawn to certain points. In the case of two models, I wasn't even able to identify the mistake(s) I made. All in all, they're still quite satisfactory decorative elements.

1 month to receive my order even though the products were listed as being in stock , non-existent customer service

WELL DONE, EXCEPT FOR THE SHIPPING OF A 200 A300G PACKAGE, WHICH I FIND A LITTLE EXPENSIVE (7EURO).

All fine with order and delivery. You do have to wait a while to get it. One product I ordered was out of stock and then you get a vocher? Really very weird, never experienced that with other sites. You just get your money back. First of all I have to create an account to use that voucher because if possible I charge as a guest and secondly I don't know when I will order something from 1001hobbies again. So that mail I had about that voucher keeps disappearing down in my mail folder with the result maybe that it gets forgotten. Very inconvenient, not customer friendly.

My last delivery did not correspond to my order.

Quite reactive at the end of the preparation of my package... received in 2 days.... too bad I waited 2 weeks....

Reliable site. Pretty quick delivery and well tracked. I did not give 5 stars because the package arrived all crushed and the contents broken. I had to send it back and have them send me the replacement product. The after sales service was very prompt and effective. However, I think the packaging for shipping needs to be improved, as these are very delicate products that can be broken in transit.

The products I needed were available at a fair price, but the shipping costs were too high.

Easy website. Lots of products. Clear product descriptions and fast shipping.

Good selection of items, but lax shipping responsiveness and poor packaging.

Overall a good experience. My only concern was the manner in which the item was packaged. It was not in a box, it simply had bubble wrap around it. To travel the distance it did without proper packaging is risky. Also the item could be plainly seen through the bubble wrap. I don't want my purchases visible to those who have no need of seeing it.

Not really a problem per se. It would be nice if they gave package tracking information or an easier way to check on your order. Placed an order and I don't think I even got a confirmation email. No way to track order or arrival date. My order just showed up one day. Before it arrived, I was half afraid that I had been scammed.

Good prices, fairly prompt dispatch.

Ordered in early December but didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Probably mostly down to UK border chaos though and not your fault.

Ordered in early November and did not get in until late Dec . Had to contact myself for more info about it.

The model looks nice but there was a referencing error: a letter error in the name of the bike so that the one I received wasn't the one named on the site. As I don't know anything about bikes, I didn't realize it, but it spoiled my gift. I would not recommend

No problems in particular with the delivery and quality of the products, however, stickers were applied to the Tamiya cans that cover the label preventing the product's technical specifications from being read correctly.

It is unfortunate not to be able to make a serious follow-up of the shipment. Likewise the fulfillment of the estimated date of reception. The contact with you is relatively fluid, in one direction. But it does not offer valid answers.

I don't judge the product but the gift wrapping is unspeakable plus the delivery time unacceptable since you charged me extra to have the item to get it after the given date.

Immediate shipment? I received it yesterday the 16th, so it took me 16 days to receive it.
That seems like a lot of days to me.

Extensive range of model making products, for paints and accessories I am happy to receive Vallejo Air paints. Somewhat idiosyncratic: 5 euro voucher redeemable on the next purchase of 150 euros or more.

Order easy to follow. Quality of products good. Huge assortment of products.
