Product packaging was okay. The delivery time took forever and totally missed the occasion (Christmas).
I ordered 6 weeks in advance and was told it would be in stock within 3 weeks. So 3 weeks from in stock to arriving is terrible.

A site with a wide selection on which I've been buying my figurines for many years. HOWEVER, I'd like to say that I think it's a shame the prices on this site are so high: 40€ for a box that can be found for 11€ on other sites... price rises that drive me more and more to other sites.

Plenty of choice and fast service

I didn’t like this. I was excited for a model for my husband for Christmas that I ordered many weeks before. It arrived AFTER Christmas despite paying the extra for delivery. When contacting customer service, I am told to wait for someone then no one comes. The day someone answered was to tell me it’s coming still. No resolution whatsoever and the model came in a destroyed box. Very unprofessional

Hello, satisfied with the article ordered and the delivery.

They have many games to choose from. But when it comes to shipping they leave much to be desired as I have been waiting for the arrival of a game more than three months, it's a shame, because I would have made more orders.

Everything ok as per description! The only flaw is the shipping that despite however a hypothetical delivery is indicated would be useful you could use a more expedited service!

After opening the package the plastic hull of the boat ordered is deformed I can not build the model, an email was sent today to contact 1001 hobbies. Fr to find a solution to my problem

The parcel was complete and in good condition. However, the order arrived 1 week late.

The gift I got my eldest granddaughter arrived after Christmas but it was in perfect condition and my she was here when it arrived. I was pleased with my overall experience with 1001 Hobbies and would order from them again.

Satisfied but a shame not to receive a reply to an e-mail sent.

Fast delivery and good communication. I would suggest putting the item in a box to protect the packaging better rather than using just bubble wrap - unless it was to make it easier to go through customs?

Matching products only one model is missing, replace immediately by another at my request.

On the whole, I'm very satisfied, except for the shipping, which could be a bit quicker. I can't say for sure whether the long waiting time was due to the shipper or the parcel service.

My parcel was very damaged I hope that no part is missing...

Product was only two months longer to receive than quoted. Oh well. The event I was going to use the product was several weeks in the past. Guess I will be good for next year.

I received my order in a simple envelope !!!! The box was damaged... and 2 pieces broken inside!!!! This is unacceptable from a professional company. You don't buy a model by mail order only to receive it damaged. It's a shame.

Models corresponding well to the request. Correct delivery time. I can recommend 1001 hobbies without any problems. One drawback, I had asked for gift wrapping, the 2 models were wrapped together, they were for different people and in addition, the gift wrapping arrived torn.

Arrived late, but at the turn of Christmas it fits. The rest all good.

Order delivered quickly to the relay point! But the nearest relay point is still 35 km away for me!

Long, long wait for the package scheduled for Christmas, but it didn't arrive until the 26th, so Christmas was missed for the person who was supposed to get his Christmas present the same day.

There were far too many difficulties with the delivery!

Corresponds to what is presented on the site. Surprised when I received it that it was not in a cardboard box but in bubble wrap.

This company has very good products which I would like to continue purchasing. The only thing that is encouraging me to additionally go else ware is the very long lead time from France.

Initially, I was very angry and frustrated with this company for the following reasons:
1. For a week my items had not been dispatched or processed despite the website stating they dispatch items within 48 hours.
2. Because of the delay the main item I had made the order for had sold out. I was issued a voucher to use at a later date on the website but customer care did sort this for me and issued a refund instead, rightly so.
4. I was under the impression the company was fom the UK as they use a UK domain name and website, but they are actually based in France. I was lucky to escape a customs charge.
It was a very stressful process because I felt the website was not very transparent. HOWEVER, the shipping was fairly quick from overseas, the items I did receive are fantastic quality. Once I raised an issue with customer care they were pretty speedy with their replies also. I would use again in the future, but would bare in mind the possibility of a custom charge and order with plenty of time.

Correct condition of the boxes despite the lack of packaging. I paid extra for gift wrapping, which was not done either. Very average.

Ordered on November 13, I had no news until December 22. As a result, I had to buy other gifts to cope. As the kids would say: "That's not cool!

It's a mess to find the right paints according to the references indicated on the model's instructions.
