standard delivery from belgium to netherlands takes over 3 weeks , a package from japan is even faster. better to mention that specifically so a faster -and more expensive- method can be chosen.

Communication was super bad via email. Had to call and got someone who spoke english on the phone who confirmed that something had gone wrong with the payment. She then initiated the order and promised that the package would arrive after 3 days.not so.was over a week later.so about 3 weeks after I had originally ordered it. No more orders for me with this company until she gets her act together.
