Everything is fine. No problems.

Prompt delivery but perhaps the packing of the item could be better (just using bubble wrap around the box is questionable with the UK postal system!)

Delivery was incomplete at first; problem did eventually get resolved after contacting customer service 2x.

Complete site, easy to access, well-packaged product, short lead time.

Although I am regularly informed of the reasons why my order takes so long to be dispatched, it is important to be clear beforehand and to say whether the item is in stock with the seller or only with its suppliers... which is not the same thing...

Order a little, long but otherwise no worries in line with my expectations

Hello, my note is the reflection of my order placed on October 03 and received on October 21 after I called 3 times. on the RC model tamiya mainly you have 90% of the range on your site available within 15 days at T2M but your database is not up to date! if it's not available at T2M, you still take 15 days. i, the customer, know more than the advisers on the phone, and that's not it at all! what's more, you're on average 40% more expensive than most stores representing the TAMIYA brand for options and spare parts for TAMIYA models. in short, you don't do anything right apart from making money. you've lost a customer who's very passionate about this brand.

I'm only talking about the model department: payment, delivery, telephone assistance: very good; large selection, especially of small-scale figurines. It should be possible to place items in the shopping basket without going through the product details, and a historical period criterion should be used for searches; non-competitive prices except for sales or clearance sales.

Product not in stock when ordered, too bad, otherwise impeccable delivery on time.

Parcel arrived on time but packaging crushed in letterbox

I was initially impressed by the great price. So I ordered immediately. Then searched for reviews and....oh shock found many negative ones. Waited and checked the shipment status again and again. Suddenly it said "not available". Checked the website and found out that the kit would not be available for another week, even if ordered immediately. I waited and...got lucky! and received the kit at the end of the week after all, which means a delivery time of two weeks, which is understandable when you know that they are based in France and not in Germany as the name suggests!
Conclusion: Despite the tempting prices and the low postage, not necessarily the first choice when ordering.

Items are pretty easy to find in the online store, nice that if you place an item in the cart, you can return exactly to the page you had left.

Excellent except for the delivery time which takes too long.

I had to worry about a missing product. Still acceptable. But waiting for information in this case.

As ordered, fast and efficient.

Eduard kit arrived on time and on target, but packaging was merely bubble wrap over an un-shrink wrapped flimsey Eduard box. This packaging is insufficent for travel to Canada. The box was damaged, the contents visible to the delivery system, but somehow, it survived contact with reality and got to me.

Satisfactory in the whole process. Information on shipping and delivery could be improved.

the loss of a star is due to the announcement of availability on the site which is not, hence an order received with one product less but with a credit note. It's a pity this information wasn't passed on before delivery. Everything was received within a satisfactory time, quality of packaging, customer service responds quickly which is quite good.and rare sometimes. This is my second order and I am satisfied with this merchant. I suggested that they stick the French safety labels on so that they don't hide the Tamiya references, because when you have 3 or 4 grey models, the covers aren't enough to distinguish them.

It arrived on time and perfectly packaged.

I had to e mail after the order myself and then received a link for T&T which did not work. Fortunately the item ordered arrived the other day, well packaged for which thanks.

This is the second time I have bought plastic models from you and I don't understand why the first time I got the package without any problems, but the second ,not finding me, I had to go to the post office to pick it up as registered mail.Otherwise everything ok

Had to wait almost 4 weeks for my order. Product was otherwise fine, but the delivery time really can't be, especially since the website said there would be immediate delivery.

Order arrived 1 day late. It was stated 3-6 working days, arrived on the 7th.

The wrong decals were delivered. Not good at all. Gross carelessness.

There is talk of a credit note. Does this mean that a puzzle will not be delivered? (Only 4 of the 7 puzzles ordered have arrived so far)

Navigation a little complicated: sorting by scale is not always rigorous. The site's ergonomics need to be reviewed.

Delivery was very first l, but felt a little misled as the company is actually based in France despite having a .co.uk url. Luckily I did it get charged customs or additional taxes
