Unfortuntley due to unknown stock levels and long delays it has taken over a month for my order to arrive, and even then only in pat, and with a secondary request for a refund against the items that were not available. Its a seriesof unfortunate events, but the fact hat it took so long to resolve and it took several attempts from myself to get them to look into my issue means that it was not a great customer service experience.

The service was ok. the problem was shipping a fragile small piece of sheet brass in a shipping envelope was not very smart. Mine was bent and everyone knows once bent there is no going back. At least use a small box or a stiff piece of cardboard. Outside of that the art work is great.

The site was easy to navigate, I ordered a bag which was said to be in stock, when I checked on the progress a week later the bag was pending awaiting stock so I contacted customer services as I did not want to wait a month for it. The site is very good and fluid! The best thing would be to be able to see, on each model description, the paint references needed to make the model. The delivery is very good, on time! However, labels have been stuck on the paint cans to ensure translation into French: these labels often hide the paint reference...
