no update on actual product availability

Everything is fine, but the actual delivery time should be a little clearer.

Slow delivery but good product.

Nothing to say about the site. On the other hand, the delivery of my parcel took a very long time and this does not commit me to renewing an order!

Bit more expensive than elsewhere but they had what I wanted and it was a very good service all round

The purchased kit (Amerigo Vespucci) with a price of over 1400€ is also available for 999€. Even if the seller is not responsible for the contents and quality of the kit, it is very much to be criticized that the deck planking, although described as walnut, is not walnut, that the included mahogany strips are not sufficient (I have already built many ships, also in museum quality, and have no above-average waste) and that the plans are somewhat often contradictory. Without really profound experience in building sailing ships, you can quickly despair. At least I received a voucher for 5 (in words: five) euros after a purchase of 1480€. There can be no complaints about the purchase process. But once again as a final assessment. 1001Hobbies is not responsible for the content and quality of the kit and the plans, but it is responsible for the clearly overpriced sales price.

Delivery times, the last two orders have taken a long time to arrive.

A sufficient because one color ordered was not delivered and another was delivered twice. So the total number of jars was correct.

I did not receive the correct item ordered, I am waiting for a return proposal but free of charge.

In fact, it's average/good because, particularly where the models are concerned, the number of parts is necessarily missing from each model's specifications.

Order received ahead of schedule. Very good packaging.

Shipping too slow. Of the total order I received one item after one month from the date of purchase.

Slow to ship and on top of that with a shipping service that is just as slow. 3 weeks for a small order is really out of date.

The company is honest and will send you your orders. The only problem is that they accept orders for products they don't have in stock. As a result, it sometimes takes over a month for your order to arrive. They should communicate better about this, which they don't.

Hello, Very good communication when the order is prepared, shipped, until receipt: top! On the other hand, when there is a problem that lasts a little (long supply, out of stock or an exchange to manage (I experience both cases at the moment), we receive no more news. It's annoying and erodes confidence. Thank you.

Order conforms Fast shipping

The items received perfectly and according to what was ordered... except one of them that was not in stock... the score is so low because instead of giving me back my money paid for the undelivered item... they give me a voucher, and that seems to me not correct... I have complained and asked for a refund but they haven't even responded to me.

part received but does not fit on the hpi 4.6 engine. launcher support much too wide. the engine had already been ordered from you and I had no problems. as soon as I can move (herniated disc surgery) I will do as quickly as possible to return the package. thank you for your understanding.
