The result was 4 days lost to finalize my order, a new payment, reimbursement of the first order and a problem collecting the parcel... Nice to be able to order models that were not available in NL. Too bad that at those prices (1001 hobbies is not cheap) no glue and paint is included. Would have been nice with such a large order. Delivery of the order is fine as well as the way of offering.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered ten days before Christmas, I paid the full price to have the guarantee of receiving my package in time .... but Chronopost decided to return the package to sender for no reason!
So I called 1001hobbies, who offered to return the parcel to me as soon as they received it... I finally received my parcel, more than 3 weeks late, but above all with the model without the starter kit initially requested.
There was no commercial gesture, and I had to ask again and again to be reimbursed at least the difference in price between the model initially ordered and the one finally received!
