- feeling of a scam: at the time of purchase, all products were in stock. However, they send with the order confirmation (editable, by the way) a badly written clarification in Spanish, indicating that the bag can be divided due to lack of stock, assuming additional costs.
- The expected time of availability of the missing product was increasing instead of decreasing.
- After almost 20 days of waiting, I ask Paypal to refund the money and cancel the purchase, providing all the evidence - Paypal communicates with the seller and only then and instantly send all the products (including the one that still had 2 weeks left to be available again).

Excellent customer relations: Thanks to the person who contacted me by phone to offer me 2 free shipments, as one of the products was likely to arrive later (my fault, I hadn't read the message when ordering).
