I have not been informed of an out-of-stock situation I am not refunded for the out-of-stock product but I am stuck with a credit note (does this comply with the regulations or the general terms and conditions of sale, I don't think so). No response from 1001hobbies to messages sent via the customer account.

Very good customer service. When it became clear a part of my order would be delayed, they didn't hesitate to send the other part in advance, so I got the necessary items in time.
