Out-of-stock items poorly indicated, resulting in a 3 week wait, 1 open and incomplete box, no reaction to my e-mail... 2 models ordered, including a 1/72 plastic tank. I didn't see the out-of-stock condition on the latter, as the information was not very visible and displayed a green dot, even though the item was out-of-stock... So I discovered the 3 week wait, even for the second item in stock, when I confirmed my order.
So I discovered that I'd had to wait 3 weeks, even for the second item in stock, when I confirmed my order. On receipt, 1 box was opened and a little damaged. The decal sheet was missing. No reply 3 days after I'd sent an e-mail with photos. So I'm disappointed by this site, my first order...
