A part is defective, but great customer service so far.

Prices are sometimes slightly higher than other sites, but this is largely compensated by a choice and availability far superior to the competition. For online services and advice, nothing to say, it runs well, delivery times are correct with solid and careful packages.

EXCELLENT, EVERYTHING PERFECT

The stock management of 1001hobbies is disastrous. The ordered item was indicated as "in stock and shipped within 7 days". A few days after the order, 1001hobbies informs that their supplier is awaiting restocking of the item. Ah! There is indeed deception regarding the message displayed on the site. Fortunately, the item eventually arrived... but three months later, in February. It's a shame for a Christmas gift... No chance I will place a new order through this merchant site.

Nice team, well delivered but not reliable at all regarding the information on the site: The items are marked "In stock" and "Shipped within the day" --> Result Waiting for several weeks, but apart from that, it's ok

Product as described but deadlines not respected. Displaying as in stock to mean it is in stock with the supplier is misleading. Better to order directly from the supplier, it’s faster.

I ordered two items at the beginning of January, which were marked as "immediately available". One arrived, the second was missing from the package. In response to my inquiry, I initially received only automated replies. Later, I was informed that the missing item was suddenly not available and would be delivered months later. Additionally, there was an attempt to classify my order as a "pre-order", including a 25% cancellation fee. This does not add up for me, as the item was explicitly advertised as in stock at the time of purchase. A cancellation was only reluctantly accepted, and the refund ultimately went through PayPal. Product quality was okay, but service, transparency, and communication were unfortunately disappointing. Therefore, a maximum of 2 stars.

Extremely long delays between the order and receipt (2 months) which is not very clearly stated at the time of purchase on the site. When I made my purchase on 12/13/2025, it was mentioned that it would be shipped on 12/18/2025 but ultimately received on 02/18/2026. Package in excellent condition but really too long delays.

Large selection, affordable prices, decent companies. Good information, smooth delivery, payment on invoice!
