I haven't studied French since 1958. I will have to respond in English. Service was wonderful once the product was shipped. My only complaint is that until that time the only information we received was that our credit card payment was accepted. I would have appreciated a notice that our order was being processed.

You continue to list items for sale on your website you do not have in stock. This causes delays with the rest of the order while you wait weeks for an item to come from your supplier. You need to either NOT LIST the item, ship what you do have in stock and follow-up with the rest of the order what the out of stock item, or refund the customer's money(NO VOUCHER) for the out of stock item.
