Placed an order on the UK site wrongly assuming the product would be shipped from the UK. Unfortunately this was not the case, large importation bill from hmrc. 1001 models didn't inform me the item was coming from abroad and on contact with them after didn't care. As long as they've got your money they're not interested in customer service!

But then the parcel arrived and 2 items with a longer delivery time were not included. On the same day, however, the status message "IN STOCK" appeared on the homepage for the items. ??? I received an AUTOMATIC voucher for the amount of the undelivered products, but I would have preferred to wait two days longer and receive a complete delivery.
