Communication problem when we call we always get the answering machine. Small delivery problems despite the price of chrononopost offered. The delivery took place after the planned date because I was worried about the follow-up by telephone.

Actually, you should read the reviews before you buy. Unfortunately, I only did it afterwards and was shocked. So many negative comments. Great. And all mainly because of the excessively long delivery times. How long should I have to wait for my goods? But then I was surprised. The parcel only took about 1 ½ weeks to arrive. Well, and if DHL wasn't so slow, I could have received the item 2 days earlier. No matter. And what else was great. The kit was excellently packaged. No damage.

My order came a view Davy�s after i ordered. Its a good company. The only comment i have is that the mail telling me that my order was underway was in french. It would be better if it is in english because most people know english better then french.

At the moment I ordered two times and both came within relative short time after the orders were placed. In the past there were a few minor difficulties but they were rectified. I'm confident enough to know that if I were to place a new order that the company will send it in a short amount of time. The only thing I find a bit dissapointing about the shop is their price range for model kits. I mean the prices never stay the same. For example when I buy a model kit at a price of � 24.99 9without shipping costs the next week this price is suddenly � 3799 for the same model kit. So prices never stay exactly as they are. If a model kit is on sale then it's understandable. But if they have a certain positive inventory they should keep the prices the same. Weither it's � 3799 or less.
