I ordered a model kit on the 2nd December intended as a Christmas gift. The order arrived but contained a piece of heatproof glass with nothing else certainly no model kit and not even a delivery note. I contacted customer service and 3 days later I received a response asking for photos of what I had received. I sent photos and another 4 days before I received a response advising the photos can�t be opened and wishing me a happy Christmas season. I have resent the photos and received no response. I followed up with another email and almost a week later I have had no response. I paid over �50 for the kit and just want a refund now. I would not order again from this company. Mistakes happen but it�s now two weeks ago since I reported the issue and I am not confident my money will be refunded.

I'm afraid that you choice of couriers has prevented you from getting 5 stars. My experience of them is that they don't communicate very well and fail to deliver on the scheduled date when they do communicate.

All I�ve gotten from your company is more offers to buy things. I�m frustrated and I still don�t have an answer when I�m getting my order.
