I used a 100 euro gift voucher and normally free postage. Not only did I have to pay the shipping costs, but it was also impossible to find a parcel delivery address. This site is from France. They are lowlife theiving criminals who take your money and then don't deliver the product. First the order was ""supposedly"" shipped to another address in another state. Second they reshipped only part of my order to me. THIRD AND THIS IS IMPORTANT IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO GET A REFUND OF MY MONEY. I HAD TO HOUND THEM TO GET IT. THEY HOPE TO WEAR YOU OUT. SCUMBAGS

I was not pleased with the information about shipping. I received one email that stated delivery would be 27 Oct the package was delivered 2 Nov. The tracking number was not traceable and 4 emails to you went unanswered. I feel lucky I got my product. Mark Shupe
