Response was slow, they eventually got back to me with a brief message that was not massively helpful. They have to ship items from their warehouse in Normandy which they don't show on the website very clearly.

About the shipment it said by April 4-5 instead it arrived after Easter 10 days later than the day indicated. Regarding the products I didn't expect them to be light paper because they looked like cardboard and then they are all to be cut while so many others are already shaped. The model pieces do not cohere well and I respected the measurements given by the dashes and lines. The cost is excessive compared to the quality of the product because in fact it is 25 printed sheets and you don't know how it can cost as much as 29 euros. There are many other far more detailed cardboard models at a lower cost. That said, I have fun doing it anyway so a sufficiency I give it. But I will get more models from other brands and then I will make the price-quality comparison.
