Waardeloze levering. Meerdere malen bestelling gedaan en artikelen na een week nog niet geleverd. Daarbij dozen beschadigd bij levering. Ook de track en Trace informatie op de sites en in de mail kloppen niet met werkelijkheid en blijven geruime week op status verzonden staan en daarna gebeurd er niets meer. Super jammer na een paar keer proberen ga ik naar een ander!

Twee weken geleden iets besteld wat drie dagen zou duren en inderdaad de klantenservice moeilijk te bereiken. Antwoord was dat het pakket verdwenen was aan de grens en ze eerst een onderzoek starten. Niet mijn probleem zou ik zeggen. Wacht nog even en dan probeer ik via Paypal mijn geld terug te halen.

Delivery times are abnormally long, over a week, and do not correspond to what is advertised on the site. On the other hand, the charge is immediate. Which I don't think is legal, since we're being charged for a product that doesn't come out of the box.
