Unfortunately, the specified delivery dates did not match the actual delivery. After the purchase, a later delivery date was stated in the order confirmation and the actual delivery took place even later than stated in the order confirmation. This was very annoying as it was a birthday present which was therefore not delivered on time!

Unfortunately, the order arrived damaged. I contacted customer service by e-mail (pictures attached) and received a reply a few hours later. I was offered a discount which I did not accept due to the severe damage. As there was no response, I called them and immediately got a member of staff on the phone. I was told that I would be sent a replacement and this arrived undamaged with DHL Express. Some people criticize the long delivery times, but as a model maker I find this acceptable as many items are ordered from the rest of the world. Overall, however, I am very satisfied.

We started off badly when I paid for a 72 hour shipment and the item arrived a week and a half late, after spending days looking for a way to contact them to make a return, they gave me a shipping address and 10 days ago they received the package and I still haven't heard anything from them or my money. I have not heard anything from them or my money.

Lots of choice on 1001 maquettes, but beware of competitors who are more competitive. You need to be vigilant, because delivery times are not always respected. What's more, one order was incomplete, and it's up to the customer to prove this by taking photos of the parcel and sending them by e-mail. Can anyone do this? Let's be serious and check your shipments carefully. On the other hand, customer service is friendly and efficient, but it would be preferable not to have

Hello: This is the first time I've ordered from you and the model I received did not correspond to the model seen on your internet catalog. On the catalog it was a special model for a new mould, whereas the model delivered was a model I'd already seen! The box sent out was nevertheless at a much cheaper price, after a telephone arrangement I reordered it.

Excellent service. I ordered from UK and unfortunately the item did not arrive but when I contacted the seller they were only too happy to send a replacement at no extra cost to myself.
