If I could give a 2.5 I would. Ordered a vacuum form canopy and received it in a 'cushioned envelope.' As you would imagine it was damaged at some point in transit. 1001 was quick enough to dispatch another without cost to replace it. But it arrived in a cushioned envelope - damaged... If you read this 1001 use boxes even little ones to protect the product. They were quick enough with the full refund however so 'acceptable' service in that I got my money back without hassle. Thank you.

Despite the relatively long delivery time of approx. 3 weeks, everything was problem-free from the order with the outstandingly large range to the perfect packaging and complete delivery. So all in all, full marks.
