My payment when through right away as order was confirmed. email saying order confirmation & processed & preparation on dec 30th. Still nothing, I used order number to check for it, and was informed no order has been placed. Still waiting!!!

Very long shipping time (more than 3 weeks) with no information about the reason (missing product) and no alternative proposed... Refund in the form of a credit note, but not including shipping costs for a new order... Several messages informing of product availability, but a site that refuses orders for a product considered to be out of stock... When ordering When ordering, the image was misleading as it showed two bottles of Tamiya Airbrush Cleaner side by side for no other reason it seems than to suggest that you would get two for the price. Of course only one item arrived and when calculating postage and packing then the item was quite expensive.
