Still nothing, I used order number to check for it, and was informed no order has been placed. Still waiting!!!

For my first order, I'm satisfied with the equipment I bought. The only complaint I have is that you deliver within 24 hours, but I waited 8 days and sent a complaint by e-mail. My second complaint is that the labels on your products are all in Japanese, so there's no explanation of how to use them.
